2018 at Taylor: Posted another historic season, competing and starting in 58 games for Taylor … Led the TU offensive attack with a .386 average, 85 hits, 20 doubles, 63 RBI, 123 total bases, a .559 slugging percentage and career-highs of 29 walks and a .455 on-base percentage … Rested atop the Crossroads League in hits, total bases and runs batted in … Recorded 17 more runs batted in than the second-ranked student-athlete in the CL … Notched a 10-game hitting streak from February 14 to March 6 … Grabbed multiple hits in 25 contests, including a 2-for-5 day with two home runs and six RBI against Mount Vernon on May 4, helping him earn a Crossroads League Player-of-the-Week honor … Recorded 17 multi-RBI games, including 20 RBI in a four-game span from April 28 to May 4 … Knocked a homer in three-straight contests during the same stretch … Ranked 22nd for RBI, 23rd for hits and 29th for doubles in the NAIA … Crushed top-tier opponents, batting .455 with five runs against ranked squads … Went 73-for-157 in 44 TU victories, posting a .465 average, .701 slugging percentage and 59 RBI … Honored with a pair of Crossroads League Player-of-the-Week awards … Selected to First-Team All-Crossroads League … Excelled in the classroom as a NAIA Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-Crossroads League recipient.
