All and Scott Land NAIA Scholar-Athlete Honors

KANSAS CITY – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics recently announced its list of 2018 Daktronics Men's Tennis Scholar-Athletes, with Taylor's Stephen All and Jacob Scott making the list.

In order to be named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status at their current institution.

Scott and All were among the 116 men's tennis student-athletes from around the nation to be named as 2018 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and were two of the 20 student-athletes from the Crossroads League to be recognized.

TU went 6-17 during the 2017-2018 season and finished with a 4-5 mark in league play. In postseason action, the Trojans upset Huntington University in the quarterfinals of the league tournament before falling in the semifinals to Marian.
