Bradbury Notches Third-Consecutive CL Player of the Week

AVON, Ohio – Kendall Bradbury was tabbed as the Crossroads League Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the third-straight week, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Bradbury led the Trojans to a Crossroads League Tournament Championship last week, defeating No. 8 Marian by a final score of 86-61. The senior co-captain posted a team-high 24 points, including 13 in the third quarter capped off by a four-point play that extended TU's lead to 22.
The Highlands Ranch, Colorado native was extremely efficient on Monday, sinking seven-of-10 shots from the floor, two-of-three attempts from beyond the arc and eight-of-nine foul shots. In her senior campaign, Bradbury has put together her best season at the charity stripe, ranking 11th in the NAIA with an 85.9 free throw percentage.
Heading into the NAIA National Tournament, Bradbury is the top scorer in the NAIA with 726 points and 22.7 points per game.
The Crossroads League weekly honor was the eighth for the 5-11 forward this season and the 21st in her career.
Noah Huseman (baseball), TJ Bass (baseball), Lauren Kanai (softball), Jessica Doctor (softball) and Bradbury were all honored this week by the Crossroads League.
Bradbury and the No. 6 Trojans (28-4, 16-2 CL) return to action in the NAIA National Tournament against RV Bellevue (23-9) at 9:30 am on Thursday in Sioux City, Iowa.
