AVON, Ohio – For the second time this spring Taylor sophomore Taylor French has been named the Crossroads League Golfer of the Week.

French collected her second career victory last week while leading the 14th-ranked Trojans to their eighth team title of the season. The sophomore from O'Fallon, Missouri posted rounds of 77-79 to win the Pilot Invitational at Blackthorn Golf Club, edging teammate Nicole Jung by two shots.

This is the second straight Crossroads League Golfer of the Week honor for French and marked the fourth consecutive week a Trojan has won the award.

The Trojans are in action again on Monday and Tuesday as Taylor eyes its third consecutive Crossroads League title.
