Bio

2015 - 2016 at Taylor: Zeilstra paired up with teammates Courtney Clark, Betsy Jones and Ashlen Nisley in doubles play for the Trojans in her sophomore year. Contributing at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles, Zielstra finished with an overall doubles record of 7-3 and 1-1 in Crossroads League duel matches. Zielstra and Clark placed second in Flight C of the Marian Doubles Tournament...Finished 1-2 in singles play, contributing at No. 6 singles.

2014 - 2015 at Taylor: Contributed primarily in the doubles lineup for Taylor in her freshman season while also going 0-2 at No. 6 singles…Played doubles with fellow freshman Seven Wieland… The pair earned third place in Flight C of the Marian Doubles Tournament and went on to record an overall record of 8-10 with a mark of 5-3 in Crossroads League dual matches…Wieland and Zeilstra prevailed by a score of 8-2 at No. 3 doubles in Taylor’s 5-4 win over Grace in the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinals.

Prep: From Western Springs, Illinois and attended Timothy Christian School…Lettered in tennis for all four years…Qualified for the State Tournament in 2012 and 2013 and was an All-Conference performer in 2013…A high Honor-Roll student and recipient of the Henrietta Kingma Scholarship…An Illinois State Scholar.
