Halterman Collects Third CL Runner of the Week Award

JACKSON, Mich. – Jaynie Halterman was named the Crossroads League Women's Runner of the Week after winning the Ray Bullock Invite on Friday.

Halterman continued her brilliant collegiate career with a first-place finish at the Ray Bullock Invite. The sophomore crossed the line at 20:38.1, over a minute before second place and easily besting the course record previously set at 21:52.3 in 2023.

Taylor Athletics is up to 20 athlete-of-the-week awards this fall, with Halterman joining Brianna Rawlings (Women's Soccer) and McKaylah Flagle (Volleyball) as TU athletes to win the award this week.

Halterman and the Trojans cap the regular season at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Saturday, October 25, at 11:00 am in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
