2017 at Taylor: Continued to stay busy out of the bullpen for Trojans with 4.57 earned-run average, a .247 average against and 24 games pitched … Picked up two wins and worked 21.2 innings … Led squad in appearances … Rated second on staff by limiting opposing hitters to a .247 average … Posted a 3.60 ERA and a .189 average against over 11 games against Crossroads League hitters … Was dominant away from Winterholter Field with a 2.35 ERA and a .172 average against over 10 games on road and neutral field mounds … Rocky close to season spoiled final stat line … Boasted 2.45 ERA and .214 average against with 1.23 WHIP over first 18 appearances … Did not allow a run in 14 of first 18 appearances and never surrendered more than one run on that stretch … Rewarded for strong work in the classroom with CoSIDA Academic All-District, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-Crossroads League honors.
