Taylor Stays Fifth in NAIA Poll
NAIA Men's Cross Country Top 25
UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor men's cross county team stood pat at No. 5 in the latest NAIA Top 25 Poll released earlier this week.
The Trojans continued their strong season with a second-place finish at the Ray Bullock Invite the last time out. Luke Harber and Ryan Hanak finished in the top two spots as Taylor was seven points behind the No. 2 team in the NAIA.
Harber's time of 25:01.4 was the course's second fastest 8k time and earned him the honor of USTFCCCA NAIA Male Athlete of the Week, the first Taylor man to earn the distinction during the cross country season.
No. 5 Taylor (53-9) caps the regular season at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Saturday, October 25 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with the men running at 10:00 am.
