AVON, Ohio – For the 19th-time in her career and the sixth-time this season, Kendall Bradbury was tabbed as the Crossroads League Player of the Week. The senior co-captain put together a sensational week, helping Taylor to a pair of wins.
Last week was filled with spectacular outcomes and outputs from Bradbury and the Trojans. Bradbury led Taylor to two victories, extending the team's winning streak to 17 and clinching a share of the Crossroads League regular season title.
In Saturday's contest against Grace, Bradbury notched her 2,700th career point, while becoming the Crossroads League all-time career leading scorer. The 5-11 forward posted 23 points in the game, passing TU assistant coach, Natalie Young, for the league record.
Bradbury also came close to a single game record on Wednesday, pouring in 40 points at Goshen. The senior finished the week averaging 31.5 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.5 treys and a 59.5 field goal percentage.
Prolific scoring performances have Bradbury ranked second in the NAIA with 648 points and 22.3 points per game, while resting atop the Crossroads League with those numbers.
Bradbury and the top-seeded Trojans (25-4, 16-2 CL) will return to action on Tuesday at 7:00 pm against eighth-seeded Spring Arbor (9-21, 5-13 CL) in the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinals.
