Taylor Selected as Host for NAIA Opening Round

UPLAND, Ind. – RV Taylor (20-11) earned an at-large bid to the NAIA National Tournament announced Monday evening and are set to face Lewis-Clark State in an opening round matchup.

The Trojans were awarded one of the top 24 seeds and as a result will host their NAIA Opening Round match against LC State (15-9) on Saturday, November 22nd at 7:00 pm inside Odle Arena.

Including 2025, Taylor has made the NAIA National Tournament eight times, most recently in 2022, with a record of 13-19 in those appearances.

All 48 teams will play in the opening round, and the 24 winners will head to Sioux City, Iowa for pool play and the subsequent tournament to determine the NAIA National Champion.

Taylor was one of 15 at-large selections to join 33 automatic qualifiers. The Trojans are one of five Crossroads League Teams in the Tournament, joining Indiana Wesleyan, Mount Vernon Nazarene, Huntington, and Marian in the field of 48.
