Men's Track and Field Receives Two All-American Honors
UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor men's outdoor track and field teams finished their seasons with a strong showing at the NAIA National Championships recently. The Trojans registered two All-American performances from two student-athletes at the national meet.
Taylor received both All-American nods in the pole vault. Damon Knowles placed sixth and Isaac Brown came in eighth for an astounding showing for TU in the event. Both Knowles and Brown cleared 4.80 meters, which was a career-best for Brown.
In order to receive All-American accolades, an athlete must finish among the top-eight in an individual event or a relay in the finals at the NAIA National Championships.
