Softball Secures Six Scholar-Athlete Awards
KANSAS CITY – The Taylor University softball program recently picked up six NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors, as announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Emma West, Mackenzie Noah, Jersey Tannehill, Morgan Back, Maddie Schultz, and Aleyah Rastetter all represented Taylor on the list.
In order to be eligible for NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative minimum grade-point average of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale, while having attended one full year at their current institution.
