UPLAND, Ind. – The Crossroads League recently announced its 2024-2025 All-CL honors for women's golf, with Taylor's Eleanor Schuitema, Shayne Lim and Margarita Garrido all receiving recognition.
Schuitema was named the Crossroads League Newcomer of the Year after her stellar first season with the Trojans. The freshman also joined Lim and Garrido on the All-Crossroads League Team after playing in all 26 rounds for the Trojans during the 2024-2025 season. Schuitema led the squad with a 77.1 scoring average and three rounds of par or better, while posting one first-place finish, five top-five outings and seven top-10 efforts.
Lim earned a third-straight All-CL honor in her third year with the Trojans, playing in all 26 rounds over 11 tournaments during the 2024-2025 season. The junior finished second on TU with a scoring average of 77.5, was Taylor's top performer in four tourneys, and posted one first-place finish, six top-five showings and eight top-10 performances.
Garrido joined Lim in being named All-CL for the third-straight year, playing in 24 rounds over 10 events. The junior's 77.5 scoring average led to a team-leading 14.9 average finish, as Garrido was TU's top performer in five tournaments and registered a team-leading four individual titles among her eight top-10 showings.
The trio of Schuitema, Lim and Garrido helped Taylor to six team titles during the 2024-2025 season, the program's fifth Crossroads League Championship in the past eight years and a seventh-straight finish inside the top-25 at NAIA Nationals.
Taylor will be poised to build off that success in 2025-2026, as it is set to return six-of-nine athletes from the roster, led by All-CL standouts Schuitema, Lim and Garrido.
