Taylor Volleyball Announces Tryout Date for Momentum Volleyball Club

UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor volleyball program has announced its tryout date for the 2026 Momentum Volleyball Club, set for Sunday, Dec. 7, inside Odle Arena.

The Momentum Volleyball Club is for girls in the fourth through 12th grades, with the tryout on Dec. 7 for girls in grades four through eight happening from 1:30-4:00 p.m., and for girls in grades nine through 12 from 4:00-6:30 p.m.

The non-refundable cost to try out is $50 per registrant, due on or before Dec. 7. The registration form can be completed online here and payment can be completed online here. The form can also be printed, filled out and mailed along with the $50 tryout fee to the address provided within. Payments by cash or check will also be accepted at the registration table on Dec. 7.

Additional club season dues are $200 to be paid by Sunday, March 1 for fourth through sixth grade participants, and $500 to be paid by Saturday, Feb. 7 for the Elite junior and senior high school travel team participants. For athletes to be eligible, full club fees must be fulfilled by those respective dates. Payments can be made online or via checks made out to Taylor University Athletics.

Required AAU registration will be completed by Momentum staff once registration and payment have been received.

Fourth through sixth grade participants will have one practice per week between the start of March and May 1, and will attend four tournaments.

Both the seventh/eighth grade and high school teams will have a longer season stretching from February through May 1, including two open gyms in January, one practice per week thereafter and six tournaments.

For those interested in learning more about the Momentum Volleyball Club, a parent information meeting will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. in Odle Arena.
