Trojans Win Second Straight League Contest
SPRING ARBOR, Mich. - The Trojans landed their second straight league win on Saturday, downing Spring Arbor (3-1, 3-1 CL) 7-2. Taylor (4-1, 3-1 CL) currently sits in a four-way tie for second place in league standings, just one match behind IWU who sits alone at the top of the leaderboard.
TU captured two victories in doubles in the No. 2 and No. 3 positions with scores of 8-2 and 8-4, respectively. It was more of the same for the Trojans in singles as Alexa Kling, Taelor Grose, Mikayla Schultz, Katelyn Gray and Molly Pile combined to win in positions two through six.
The next match for Taylor will be a matchup against Huntington on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. That contest will be streamed live on the Trojan Sports Network.
