Bio
Olivia Reed joined the Taylor University men’s and women’s tennis programs as an assistant coach prior to the start of the 2025-26 season.
Reed joins the Trojans after serving as Head of Junior Tennis at Midlothian Tennis Club in Midlothian, Virginia, from 2020 through early 2022. During that time, she developed and led comprehensive training programs for junior players while building a competitive tennis culture at the club.
Before transitioning to coaching, Reed enjoyed a decorated playing career at Christopher Newport University. Reed served as team captain from 2018-2020 and earned all-conference honors while reaching a career-high national ranking of 18 in singles and top 10 in doubles. She competed in four national tournaments during her collegiate career, making quarterfinals, semifinals, and one championship final. Reed’s competitive resume also includes experience in both ITA and ITF tournaments.
Reed earned her undergraduate degree from Christopher Newport University and holds a Master's degree from Liberty University.
